Serving as the project manager for both web and manufacturing processes, my responsibilities included ensuring efficient workflows and seamless interactions. I played a pivotal role in enhancing brand visibility and driving innovation through the creation of new advertising, SEO, and marketing campaigns. Maintaining consistent messaging and delivering personalized user experiences for optimal cross-device interactions were integral aspects of my role. Proficient in data analysis, project coordination, and vendor relations, I contributed to the ongoing enhancement of online operations. Managing a diverse catalog of over 70,000 items, I focused on improving access for smooth browsing. Additionally, I executed campaigns on Google and Bing to expand the customer base, streamlined the checkout process, and consistently refined SEO strategies for higher rankings and an expanded online presence.
